Most software built for contractors is built by people who've never run a crew, chased a supplier for a re-order, or tried to explain to a client why the invoice doesn't match the estimate. Renovatrr started from the other direction: six years operating a home improvement and roofing company, doing the leads, the bids, the material orders, and the invoicing by hand — then building the tool that should have existed the whole time.
Every module in the product — the leads pipeline, the job files, the pre-built material lists by job type, the crew scheduling — maps to a real bottleneck from running a real crew. Nothing in here is a feature that looked good on a roadmap; it's a fix for something that used to eat an afternoon.
